Introduction
There are various stages such as X Stage, XY Stage, Hollow Stage, Theta Stage and Rotary Stage.
Also each controllers applied with its own technology, the Tiny Ultrasonic Linear Actuator (TULA).
These stages can be used in the wide range of applications which are robotics, optics, automation equipment, medical devices.
